The mission of the foundation is to provide financial assistance and other support to active and retired officers and their families that, through no fault of their own, find themselves in dire financial circumstances.
LAPRAF offers Emergency Relief grants and loans for active and retired officers and their dependents. Each Emergency Relief request is reviewed by the Board of Directors.
Members can also request a Blue Ribbon Trust Fund account.
