The LAPRAF partners with the Los Angeles Police Federal Credit Union (LAPFCU) to provide oversight of the Blue Ribbon Trust. A Blue Ribbon Trust account is activated when any member of the LAPD believes fellow officers, community members or the general public would make donations for the benefit of an officer or a family in need.
